Blood of Dawnwalker: Cohen is not a superhero and will not be super strong; vampires protect people because they consider them "cattle"
In the latest trailer for The Blood of Dawnwalker, a few seconds of gameplay were shown, giving us an idea of how powerful the game's protagonist, Kouen, is when he has vampire powers. If you're hoping to play this RPG as a one-man army, like some vampires are portrayed in movies and games, that's not going to happen in The Blood of Dawnwalker.
During a recent Twitch stream, the developers of Rebel Wolves explained , how Cohen differs from the average action-RPG protagonist. According to the creators, Cohen is an atypical protagonist. Firstly, don’t expect sharp jokes or monosyllabic remarks from him; secondly, don't expect the character to be super strong, like a superhero.

If you've seen the cinematic trailer, it implies that vampires are (sort of) good. Apparently, in some sense they are, since they protect the Valley, but for selfish reasons. The vampires demanded a "blood tax."

Blood of Dawnwalker doesn't have a set release date yet, but is confirmed to be coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A full demonstration of the gameplay is planned for the summer of 2025.
