What is Biomutant? The authors of the game have published a six-minute trailer

After several years of development (and many ports),  Biomutant — a game about open world and mutant animals from Experiment 101 studio, which includes the former creators Just Cause.

In case you still don't understand what Biomutant is , we have released a six-minute explanatory trailer.

Here he says:

• According to the developer, the structure of the game resembles The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. However, third-party users who managed to get acquainted with  Biomutant called it an odd mixture Ratchet & Clank, Devil May Cry and Batman: Arkham.
• The area of ​​the open world is 64 square kilometers.
• A lot of attention was paid to character customization.
• Crafting is extensive — You can create both clothing items and weapons. The quality of the item depends on the level of rarity of the materials.
• In unlike Breath of the Wild, the  weapon does not break. Even if you come across a broken sword, you can repair it and use it as much as you like.
• The surrounding world is inhabited by six tribes. The leader of each masterfully mastered his own style of wung fu martial art. Now the tribes are fighting each other.
• Peoples are divided by auras: one half — with light aura, the other half — with dark. Tribes with light aura strive for peace and want to unite the warring peoples. Tribes with a dark aura believe in the opposite: they say, in order to develop further, you need to arrange a complete reset for the world, forcibly cleanse it of everything bad.
• At the beginning you will be able to choose only one ally, but as as you will be allowed to rush between all the tribes. There are important decisions that affect the ending.
• Leveling the main character is represented by mutations, which can be used in different ways. Here, for example, is a trampoline mushroom that grows at any time according to your desire. You can jump up to get to a high point or gain an advantage in combat, and you can push your opponents on to make them toss — — then they won't be able to attack you.
• Among the mutations there are also levitation, lightning from hands, and other tricks that the developers don want to spoil.
• Jungqvist hopes that what players will enjoy most is exploring the world, as it is the most soulful part of Biomutant.
