
Sega Announces Total War: ROME REMASTERED
Sega has announced Total War: ROME REMASTERED. The game will be released on April 29 this year. All owners of the original Total War: ROME will receive a 50% discount until June 1 (02:00 Moscow time).
The promotion will end on June 1 at 2:00 am Moscow time.
According to the page on Steam, Total War: Rome Remastered will offer optimizations for 4K and ultra-wide monitors, graphics improvements (models and effects), new squad textures, etc. Further. The remaster will also be marked by a number of gameplay improvements: an improved camera, a map rotation function, merchants as agents, and indications of the state of armies and movement distance.
The re-release will also give access to 16 factions, that were not allowed to lead in the original. Thus, Total War: Rome Remastered will have 38 factions to choose from. The remaster also includes the Alexander and Barbarian Invasion expansions.
