Rumor: Sony is working on reviving at least two smaller games in forgotten franchises

Sony and PlayStation, according to journalist Andy Robinson, are considering the possibility of returning forgotten game series. He spoke about this on The Video Game podcast. These projects promise to be more than just cameos, as was the case with the introduction of classic franchises in Astro Bot. But, according to Robinson, these are “small games.”

While the details remain a mystery, fans are actively speculating. One of the main candidates is Sly Cooper, whose original games recently appeared on the PS Store. Other popular options include Jak and Daxter, inFamous and Ape Escape, especially after the Astro Bot level was dedicated to the game.

With multiple studios and a rich history, Sony really has the potential to please both die-hard fans and and new players, bringing your favorite series back to life.
