The new trailer for Assassin's Creed Shadows was drowned in dislikes
Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Assassin's Creed Shadows, which focuses on the open world of the game. However, the video for the game showed that Ubisoft really doesn’t care about the cultural component of the project.
Some of the buildings of feudal Japan are made... in the style of Chinese architecture from the Tang Dynasty. In the soundtrack, the main motif is performed by an instrument called Guzheng - a traditional Chinese musical instrument.
This “multicultural” approach was able to bring positive results - the Japanese and Chinese have forgotten long-standing grievances and support each other against the backdrop of the current situation.
Ubisoft responded to the negativity from the players and decided to catch up with the bots in the comments.
