Dragon Age: The Veilguard is not in the top 50 sales on Steam two weeks before release - players are not interested in the game
Dragon Age: The Veilguard from BioWare and EA will be released soon, but it seems that the project is not arousing interest among players: two weeks before the release, the game is not even in the top 50 sales on the Steam store.
In the ranking for October 1-8, the game was in 74th place in terms of revenue. In the top for October 8-15, the result improved slightly and the game rose to 64th place, but this is still an extremely weak result for the continuation of a game in a major franchise.
Apparently, "damn tourists" about which David Gaider spoke, chose to refuse to buy the game due to the overly colorful style and diversity of characters of all races, which turned the game from a dark fantasy into a bright woke-mash.
At the same time, minorities for whom BioWare and EA, once again, limited themselves to only statements on the Internet without having a real impact on the sales of the game.
Dragon Age: The Veilguard will be released on October 31 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
