Koi and Diving Spiders: Grounded's Massive Update Called "The Koi Pond"
Today, Grounded got a big update to Koi Pond. It added new creatures to the project , such as koi and diving spiders, an additional biome – pond, recipes and materials, bug fixes, balance changes and gameplay improvements.
In addition to the aforementioned koi boss enemy and spiders, there are also tadpoles (you can eat them) and water boatmen.
As with everything in Grounded, The Koi Pond is a work in progress and we want to take your feedback into account to make it as you can do better, writes Obsidian in an update. This is just the beginning of development in this area and our team is already hard at work adding new things to the pond, including a major upgrade to the Underground Lab that will add more content and gameplay variety.
There are many tweaks and fixes in this update. Support for HDR is there, and thankfully "the player is now breathing through their face". Elsewhere, burst damage is no longer blockable, bows have been buffed, and poison is now a mess, dealing 50 percent more damage than before.
Grounded is currently available on Steam and the Microsoft Store.
