A new add-on trailer for Total War: Warhammer 2 has been released

Sega and Creative Assembly have released a new trailer for The Twisted & The Twilight — new downloadable add-on to the strategy Total War: Warhammer II. The DLC will include two new legendary lords — skaven and wood elves. Each lord leads his own faction.

On the side of the elves, the Sisters of the Twilight, Naestra and Arahan, fight together as one. They will face a series of campaign dilemmas that will grant access to the Forge of Daith and unique items crafted in it, as well as upgrades to existing items. Their new units are bladesingers, spellcasters, great stag knights. The new legendary hero of the wood elves will be Ariel, a queen who is also a demigod goddess of butterflies.

The update will remove the cost of amber for units and buildings, add new technologies to spend it on, and give elves a reason to leave home. In Mortal Empires, they will have a new objective that involves healing forests around the world and will be able to travel to forested regions with a magical ability called Travel Deeproots.

As always with Total War: Warhammer DLC, a "free LC" will be released with this pack, which will give skaven players a chieftain hero, and forest elves - another legendary lord, the evil forest spirit Drychi, as well as the hero-captain of the clearing, which you need to subscribe to Total War Access to get.

The DLC release is scheduled for December 3, 2020. You can already pre-order it on Steam with a 10% discount for 314.10 rubles, full price after the release of the add-on will be 349 rubles.
