Since last weekend, many gamers had the opportunity to watch the first official trailer for The Witcher 4. In addition, representatives of the CD Projekt Red studio spoke about a possible connection between the game and the “famous” Netflix series.

On the YouTube channel Games.ch had a conversation with Sebastian Kalemba (Game Director) and Małgorzata Mitraga (Executive Producer). During the conversation, they were asked if they were in any way inspired by Netflix's The Witcher series when working on the fourth part of the series.

As CD Projekt Red assured, the game will not have any connections to the streaming giant's series. which will undoubtedly please his many fans. The story of Ciri's new adventure is entirely created by a Polish company, drawing direct inspiration only from the books of Andrzej Sapkowski.
