"Phoenix Project" — is not the only organization trying to reclaim Earth. The militaristic New Jericho faction, the enigmatic Disciples of Anu, and the technologically advanced organization Sanhedrin offer unique rewards for cooperating and threatening their opponents. You have to decide how to interact with them, and whether it is worth it.
